A. No, our apps provide program information only (titles, schedules, descriptions). To watch programs, please use each broadcaster's official app.
Q. How do I cancel a Premium subscription?
A. On iPhone, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, select the subscription, and tap "Cancel".
Q. I set favorite channels but receive no notifications
A. Check that notifications are allowed in Settings → Notifications → [App name] on your iPhone.
Q. The program list is not updating
A. Pull down on the list to refresh. If the issue persists, check your Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
Q. Privacy policy
A. Our apps do not collect personally identifiable information. Ad personalization uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, which you can change anytime in iOS Settings.
